Responsibilities: Monitor, observe, and guide the entry and exit of people; receive, identify, and direct people to their recipients. Open and close building facilities. Receive correspondence and forward it to the protocol office. Answer and place telephone calls. Requirements: * Basic computer skills; * Flexible availability for work hours; * Prior experience in this field is a plus.
