Job Summary: Responsible for providing operational support to apartments and units, including linen delivery and collection, item replenishment, and handling requests, while maintaining company equipment. Care for company equipment and vehicles KQ RH, in partnership with a tourism agency specializing in hospitality and recognized for personalized experiences, is hiring! **Provide operational support to apartments and units, ensuring efficient linen delivery and collection, replenishment of necessary items, prompt handling of requests, and proper care of equipment used in operations** **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver clean linens before check-ins at specified locations: Casa Rio, Hostel Leblon, and apartments on the day’s cleaning route. * Collect used (soiled) linens at specified locations: Casa Rio, Hostel Leblon, and apartments with check-out (departure) scheduled for the day. * Deliver and replenish household items in apartments, including: spare keys, extra linens, domestic utensils, and small electronic devices, as well as address any pending requests from guests. * Maintain custody, cleanliness, and maintenance of company tricycles and bicycles, ensuring vehicles remain in good working condition—including tire, brake, and other functional component checks. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience is not required; only willingness to cycle (20–30 km per day). * Proficiency in bicycle use during daily work routines **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** **Working Hours:** 10:00–18:20 or 10:40–19:00 **Schedule:** Intermittent 6x1 (one day off per week, totaling four days off per month). *Days off are not fixed and may not fall on weekends; however, at least one Sunday off per month will be granted, in accordance with CLT regulations.* **Salary:** R$ 1\.734,00 **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (VA/VR): R$ 30.12 per workday; * Transportation allowance (round-trip); * Birthday day off; * Additional day off for employees with 100% attendance. **Employment Type:** CLT **Headquarters:** Copacabana/RJ ***The company provides bicycles and PPE.*** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
