




Job Summary: The Base Supervisor manages the local branch, ensuring efficient and safe execution of CNG compression, decompression, and refueling operations; leads teams; and directly performs operational tasks when necessary to ensure continuity and compliance. Direct involvement in operational activities when necessary The Base Supervisor is responsible for local branch management, ensuring efficient and safe daily execution of operations related to Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) compression, decompression, and refueling. In addition to supervising and guiding maintenance operators and drivers, this role also directly performs operational tasks whenever required, ensuring continuity and adherence to regulatory and operational standards. This professional must possess strategic operational insight while retaining the ability to perform hands-on operational tasks during contingencies, ensuring the base operates efficiently and in alignment with company guidelines. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** · Supervise and coordinate base operational activities, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety regulations. · Lead and guide maintenance operators and drivers, ensuring correct task execution. · Ensure effective communication with the Control Tower, guaranteeing implementation of operational plans as scheduled. · Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure uninterrupted operations. · Monitor and control CNG compression, decompression, and refueling processes. · Track operational KPIs and report deviations and improvement opportunities. · Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance of operations with internal and regulatory standards. · Support preventive and corrective maintenance of base equipment. · Manage operational and safety incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions. · Directly perform base operational activities when necessary, ensuring continuous operational flow. **Operational Activities (when required/contingency):** · Perform base operational tasks, including handling compression and decompression equipment. · Carry out CNG refueling for trucks, including hose connection/disconnection, line purging, and valve opening/closing. · Operate compressors and the PLC of the automation system, monitoring temperature and pressure. · Complete operational data sheets and report real-time information to the Control Tower. **REQUIREMENTS** · Technical or undergraduate degree in related fields (Engineering, Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar is a plus). **Experience:** · Technical knowledge of CNG compression and decompression processes. · Knowledge of gas compression and decompression processes. · Team management and operational problem-solving skills. · Familiarity with industrial equipment safety and operational standards. · Availability to work on rotating shifts and respond to operational contingencies. **Technical Skills:** · Leadership of operational teams (drivers and maintenance operators). **Behavioral Skills:** · Leadership and team management. · Real-time problem-solving ability. · Proactivity and sense of urgency. · Strong communication and teamwork skills. · Commitment to safety and quality.
