Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting with passenger and luggage boarding and deplaning, providing information, and conducting verifications. Key Highlights: 1. Direct customer service and support 2. Luggage management and organization 3. Completion and verification of travel documentation Responsibilities: \- Load and unload luggage \- Label and verify luggage \- Provide information and clarifications to customers \- Release arriving vehicles and those departing on trips \- Verify passengers inside the vehicle and complete the RT form with required information \- Weigh and charge for excess luggage when applicable \- Complete the boarding pass envelope and deliver it to the driver \- Complete baggage damage and loss complaint forms \- Complete the dispatch list in case of cargo shipment and deliver it to the driver \- Submit expense reports to the supervisor **Availability to work on a 5x1 rotating schedule** Job Type: Part-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Education allowance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education Requirements: * Completed elementary school (Mandatory)
