To put this purpose into practice, the following competencies are essential: * Must be at least 18 years old; * Valid Class B driver's license and driving experience; * Availability for business travel (will use the company vehicle); * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in STEM fields (Industrial Engineering is a plus); * Experience conducting internal audits, applying methodologies, and evaluating compliance with standards and regulations; * Ability to identify risks inherent to the objectives of the processes analyzed, assess them, and recommend efficient internal controls; * Knowledge of audit report preparation.
