Job Summary: Lojas Rede is seeking an organized, attentive, and people-oriented Sales Associate for customer service and sales. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Greet customers inside the company premises in a polite and respectful manner; * Provide customer service by offering assistance and helping customers locate products available at REDE stores according to their needs; * Pay attention to all products on offer or currently promoted in-store to proactively present them to customers; * Offer baskets and shopping carts to ensure customers' maximum comfort during their visit to REDE stores; * Assist with merchandise returns when necessary; * Support frontline store operations whenever possible; * Sell complementary products to contribute to increasing the store's average transaction value and consequently achieving sales targets; Requirements: * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; * Basic computer literacy; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
