Main Responsibilities: \* Customer service with friendliness, courtesy, and efficiency; \* Preparation and assembly of ice creams, milkshakes, and other menu items; \* Order receipt and organization; \* Cashier operation and payment processing; \* Workplace organization, cleaning, and sanitation; \* Restocking and organizing products and supplies; \* Adherence to Chiquinho Sorvetes quality and service standards; \* Teamwork to ensure an excellent customer experience. Requirements: \* Strong communication skills and friendliness; \* Efficiency and organizational skills; \* Proactivity and commitment; \* Flexible availability; \* Ability to work well in a team; \* Prior customer service experience is a plus.
