You will be part of a cohesive team in a busy location with a dynamic routine and practical learning opportunities. * Greet customers warmly, attentively, and respectfully. * Prepare sandwiches according to house standards. * Slice cold cuts carefully and safely. * Organize and restock products at the counter and shelves. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace. * Support the team with general operational tasks. * Follow hygiene regulations and good food-handling practices. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a customer service representative, cashier, or similar role. * Commitment to schedules, routines, and company standards. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and service orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in snack bars, bakeries, rotisseries, or food retail. * Proactive profile—anticipating needs and solving problems. * Experience handling high-volume customer traffic.
