




Responsibilities: * Receive additional requests and schedule required vehicles. * Register shipments in the Scheduling Dashboard and issue OCTs. * Provide scheduling information to customers and drivers. * Monitor deliveries, pickups, and trips. * Update pickup and delivery data in the system and generate routing plans. * Input data for KPIs and reports. * Approve freight receipts according to the current rate table. * Sign for delivery confirmation documents. * Guide drivers. * Determine cargo distribution and prioritize critical shipments. * Maintain organization of the work environment, materials, and confidentiality of information. * Comply with and ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental regulations. **Requirements:** High school diploma. Experience in transportation (preferred). Work Location: Cargolift Logística – **Sorocaba/SP**; Working Hours: Second Shift – from 4:00 PM to 1:20 AM, Monday through Friday; Saturday (on-call duty).
