**Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in the transportation field is desirable; * Familiarity with SSW is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor shipment confirmations, track daily performance metrics, and prepare delivery manifests; * Issue pickup instructions for each vehicle; * Prepare pickup manifests; * Plan pickup routes for the following day; * Generate reports on delayed pickups; * Provide support to drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, and on-route issues; * Perform other duties related to the position. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary. * Benefits: Transportation allowance; Basic food basket; Meal voucher (R$29.80 per workday); Profit-sharing program (PLR); Dental plan; Life insurance; Partnership with Sest/Senat. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:42 PM.
