Supporting administrative tasks in logistics and transportation We are looking for a Tracking Assistant to work in the logistics department, responsible for monitoring and tracking the transportation and delivery of goods. The professional will ensure shipments comply with scheduled deadlines, communicate with drivers and customers to update delivery status, and report incidents. This position is essential to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Monitor cargo routes and status, keeping tracking systems updated; * Contact drivers and customers to obtain shipment updates and communicate any delays or issues; * Report and record incidents occurring during transportation, proposing solutions for prompt resolution; Support administrative tasks related to logistics and transportation processes. Requirements: Experience in logistics, preferably focused on tracking and delivery monitoring; * Communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; * Ability to work under pressure and handle unforeseen events.
