RHIV Consultoria is conducting a selection process for a client company in the transportation and logistics sector, located in Jaboatão dos Guararapes, seeking a professional to work as an **Operational Logistics Assistant.** The person will be responsible for supporting the company's logistics and transportation operations, contacting drivers, tracking deliveries, issuing documents, and providing administrative support to the operations area. It will also be part of the routine to monitor logistics processes, assist in organizing operations, update information in systems and spreadsheets, and contribute to controlling and ensuring the smooth flow of departmental activities, thereby guaranteeing greater operational efficiency and process organization. We seek a proactive, organized, communicative profile with ease in handling operational demands and interacting with drivers and the team, as well as willingness to learn and develop within the logistics field. * Maintain contact with drivers to align routes, pickups, and deliveries; * Monitor cargo and deliveries; * Issue operational and transportation documents; * Update information in systems and control spreadsheets; * Assist in managing logistics incidents and operational follow-ups; * Support route and operational demand planning; * Provide administrative support to the logistics department; * Verify information related to transportation operations; * Assist in monitoring delivery deadlines and progress; * Perform other activities related to the operational logistics area.
