Job Summary: The Logistics Assistant (Monitoring) supports management in monitoring the company's own fleet vehicles to ensure continuous improvement of the distribution process. Key Highlights: 1. Job Mission Support local management in monitoring HNK’s own fleet vehicles — including vehicle speed, vehicle idle time during deliveries, geocoding point dispersion of the PDV relative to the actual stop, number of handovers, lunch breaks, Actual vs. Planned KM, returns — aiming for continuous improvement of the distribution process and supporting management in decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist drivers with daily login, shift start, route loading, route start, route departure, and completion of gate-out procedures; Monitor vehicles daily, track events, handle them accordingly, and report to management for awareness and joint resolution with drivers; Assist drivers if they have questions regarding inputs on the monitoring device; Generate daily monitoring reports per work instructions; Present daily results to the Distribution Supervisor; Assist at the end of the shift with charging drivers’ mobile phones (power) upon route return; Support and manage the Logistics Assessment questionnaire.
