Financial regularization and control of unloading proof documents **Job Description** --------------------- Scope Ø Monitor deliveries and post-delivery follow-up activities. Ø Ensure evidence validation, freight release, and financial regularization. Ø Responsibilities Ø Monitor vehicle arrival at destination and the delivery process. Ø Assess and handle delivery incidents (refusals, returns, or partial deliveries). Ø Collaborate with Customer Service (CS) to define required actions. Ø Ensure receipt and validation of POD (delivery receipt) per standard: legible image, invoice number, receiver’s stamp and signature. Ø Release freight upon POD validation. Ø Record freight adjustments when freight discrepancies occur. Ø Control and attach unloading proof documents (FTL) in the system and ensure driver reimbursement.
