For us, what matters most is that your profile aligns with our principles and culture. ### **The Profile We Seek:** Ensure delivery monitoring and execution, guaranteeing clear and effective communication among drivers, carriers, stores, and other involved departments, aiming to achieve the OTIF (On-Time and In-Full) target and deliver the best customer experience. ### **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor deliveries in real time via the Comprovei system (logistics tracking). * Track routes, identify risks, and contact carriers and drivers when necessary. * Record, investigate, and resolve delivery incidents (redelivery, absence, return, incorrect address, etc.). * Support drivers, carriers, and stores by providing operational assistance throughout the delivery process. * Proactively contact stores when discrepancies arise or alignment is required. * Update delivery logs, redelivery records, reasons, and operational KPIs. * Support carrier performance analysis and contribute to action plans for results improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education * Experience in related activities, especially within a Distribution Center environment Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
