Main Responsibilities * Provide customer/seller/driver support via phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and other digital channels * Provide information on orders en route for delivery * Register, track, and resolve complaints, incidents, and requests * Assist customers with exchange, return, and damage processes * Monitor orders, deliveries, and incidents together with logistics and drivers * Update customer records and service history * Collaborate with sales, inventory, and logistics departments to resolve issues * Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA) * Maintain service quality and company image Requirements * Completed high school education (college degree in progress preferred) * Prior experience in customer service or call center roles * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems) * Strong verbal and written communication skills Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
