Since 2013, we have operated in the logistics sector to find the best delivery solutions for the world; our goal is to make Lalamove synonymous with deliveries, and our mission is to strengthen local communities by making the delivery process fast and easy—we achieved this goal in Asia and are now expanding our technology globally across Latin America; we already operate in Brazil and Mexico. ### **Responsibilities** * Approach eligible drivers and encourage vehicle branding enrollment. * Explain the benefits, rules, and operation of the vehicle branding program. * Conduct structured follow-ups to maximize conversion rate. * Use phone calls as the primary tool (~80% of time) and WhatsApp as supplementary support. * Record all interactions and progress in internal tools. * Guide drivers through initial steps after enrolling in the program. * Support the initial and monthly submission of photos of the branded vehicle, ensuring compliance with program rules. * Clarify operational questions related to the branding process. ### **Requirements** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or sales. * Comfort working with a high volume of phone calls. * Ability to argue persuasively. * Completed high school education.
