If you identify with us, join the **\#familiaSangueAzul** ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform accounting analysis, reconciliation, and control of accounting accounts based on trial balances, reports, and tax documentation; * Prepare trial balances, ensuring accurate representation of the company's economic and financial position; * Execute accounting entries and control administrative and financial movements; * Analyze accounting information and prepare management reports to support decision-making; * Monitor updates to accounting legislation (CPCs) and support implementation of new standards; * Provide support during external audit engagements; * Contribute to the implementation and improvement of internal processes and workflows; * Guide internal departments regarding accounting rules and procedures. ### **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Accounting Sciences**; * **Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council registration)**; * **Advanced Excel proficiency**. ### **Experience and Technical Knowledge:** * Accounting standards (CPCs) and participation in implementing new standards; * Tax bookkeeping; * Calculation of **PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL** (Presumed Profit and Real Profit regimes); * Ancillary obligations (including **ECD - Digital Accounting Record**); * External audit support; * Fixed asset and intangible asset control; * Knowledge of standard accounting routines and related areas; * Basic payroll knowledge. ### **Behavioral Profile:** * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail; * Organization, planning, and discipline; * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality; * Proactivity and initiative; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Focus on continuous improvement and self-development.
