Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced access controller to supervise building security, manage entry of people and vehicles, and handle mail. Key Highlights: 1. Mail management and shift log recording We are looking for an access controller with experience to work in a building. Day and night shifts, 12x36 schedule Your responsibilities will include: * Daily observation of security conditions within the building premises by monitoring environments via video screens to prevent or detect thefts and hazardous situations; * Control entry of people and vehicles, always verifying personal identification data; * Register all individuals entering the building at the reception desk, recording details in the computerized system; * Receive all company mail and label each item indicating the department to which it must be delivered; * Record all shift-related information in both the department’s logbook and the Periodical’s logbook; Perform other duties related to the position as directed by superiors. Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract This position starts in DECEMBER.
