Description

Job Description: Manage the commercial activities of the store under your responsibility, ensuring product availability, achievement of sales targets, revenue generation, and team development, as well as compliance with the Company's manual of norms and procedures. Provide technical oversight for the pharmacy, coordinating activities related to control, receipt, storage, inventory management, dispatch, and organization of medications. Ensure the integrity of dispensing products sold by the store and support customers by advising them on proper medication usage. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration in the state where the position is located; Experience as a pharmacist in a pharmacy chain; Experience in managerial roles; Flexibility regarding working hours; People Management. Preferred Qualifications: Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) proficiency; Experience in the pharmaceutical industry; Training in injectables, vaccines, and pharmaceutical testing.
