Volkswagen Group Services was founded in April 2001 in Wolfsburg, Germany, under the name AutoVision and was renamed Volkswagen Group Services in 2018. The new name reflects the Group’s strategic orientation, including its brands and companies. Currently, we operate offices in seven European locations. In 2023, we launched operations in South America, establishing our first office in Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide direct technical support remotely—via system, telephone, or video—to VW dealerships in Brazil; * Identify technical inquiries from VW dealerships in Brazil according to criteria provided by Volkswagen do Brasil; * Escalate technical inquiries to the internal VW technical team, clearly stating the reason for escalation per VW’s defined criteria; * Support the internal VW technical team in research and in creating support videos; * Proactively contact dealerships via mobile phone, video call, or video support for technical inquiry cases; * Participate in periodic meetings with the internal VW technical team, reporting incidents encountered during support interactions and technical analyses performed; * Support reverse logistics and separation of replaced parts in cases of technical research and analysis requested by Volkswagen do Brasil; * Evaluate the quality of informational inquiries according to standardized criteria; * Report evaluation results using the standard report format; * Enter indicator results into the dedicated system. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or technical degree in Engineering or Technology; * Solid knowledge of the automotive industry; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in vehicle technical assistance; * Knowledge and experience in remote technical support, vehicle diagnosis, and repair; * Technical experience in vehicle diagnosis and repair, preferably on Volkswagen models; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with Volkswagen do Brasil service systems (e.g., technical support, literature, warranty, parts, etc.) is desirable; * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. **Additional Information** **Work Conditions:** * Hybrid work model, requiring physical presence at our office in Jabaquara district or São Bernardo do Campo/SP three times per week.
