**Human Resources Supervisor \| Contract for Services (PJ)** We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the People Management department of a food industry company in Goiânia. If you possess strategic vision, mastery of **HR/DP routines**, and the ability to balance people management with operational excellence, this opportunity is for you. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Coordinating HR/DP routines: recruitment and selection, payroll, vacations, benefits, and time tracking; * Ensuring compliance with current labor legislation; * Implementing policies and processes that foster a healthy and productive work environment; * Analyzing KPIs and generating strategic reports using Excel; * Leading a team focused on development, engagement, and results. **What we expect from you:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience as an HR/DP Supervisor; * **Proficiency in Personnel Department routines** * Intermediate Excel skills; * Clear communication, consistent leadership, and well-developed emotional intelligence; * Ability to resolve conflicts with balance and assertiveness.
