Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for job posting creation and dissemination, resume screening, test administration, candidate communication, and support in T&D and onboarding. Participation in endomarketing campaigns **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Create and disseminate job openings through physical and digital channels, promoting opportunities, company culture, and internal events. Conduct resume screening and assist in identifying candidates whose profiles match the requirements of open positions. Administer and grade technical tests (Excel, Power BI, and position-specific knowledge). Make initial contact with candidates, collecting and validating information to proceed with the selection process. Support the development of employee training and development plans. Lead and monitor the onboarding process for new employees. Perform administrative tasks within the department (scheduling, meetings, surveys, and internal controls). Participate in internal endomarketing campaigns and employee experience initiatives. Monitor market trends and best practices in Human Resources. Provide support to managers and employees, ensuring transparency and alignment with internal policies. Safeguard information confidentiality, complying with ethical standards, governance principles, and data protection regulations. **Requirements:** **Education:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. **Desirable Qualifications:** Technical or professional courses in Human Resources, Recruitment and Selection. **Certifications/Courses:** Class B Driver’s License **Previous Experience:** Experience in recruitment and selection, training and development, and Human Resources.
