* Respond to and execute employee onboarding processes, receiving approved candidates, explaining granted benefits and remuneration for the position, and requesting and organizing mandatory documentation in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
* Execute duly requested and hierarchically approved employee termination processes, analyzing registration data and employee files, verifying employment history and current status, ensuring full settlement of all entitlements as stipulated by labor legislation;
* Perform verification, control, and processing of electronic timekeeping records, analyzing data, retrieving information, and taking necessary actions to ensure proper operation of equipment and accurate recording of information in employee histories;
* Contact branch managers to clarify potential questions regarding salary deductions, bonuses, severance payments, salary adjustments, transfers, or changes in job function;
* Supervise the recording of employees’ working hours in the electronic timekeeping system;
* Calculate payroll, verify data, and compute statutory social charges (FGTS, INSS, PIS, and Income Tax) in compliance with applicable regulations and legislation;
* Assist with Social Connectivity (Conectividade Social), generating reports for CAGED, RAIS, and other legal obligations whenever required.
* Validate all information on the eSocial platform, cross-checking return receipts under supervision and performing necessary adjustments according to technical guidelines.
* Monitor updates to labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements, proposing necessary system adaptations, and staying up-to-date on labor obligations.
* Maintain all documents under one’s responsibility properly organized and periodically archived in accordance with previously agreed-upon digital archiving procedures and standards established by the cooperative.
**Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields;
* Proficiency in computer applications;
* Prior experience in the field is an advantage.
