Contribute to maintaining monitoring of HR subsystems. **Responsibilities Awaiting You** **Recruitment and Selection** * Conduct end\-to\-end hiring processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring alignment with managers and accurate hiring decisions. * Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and third\-party partners when applicable, monitoring performance and ensuring efficient talent acquisition. Admission registration * Request required documentation, create physical and digital employee files, register employees in the system, and provide necessary documents and admission signatures. **Onboarding** * Conduct onboarding for new employees, promoting welcome, integration, and introducing the organization's culture, policies, and regulations. **Talent Management and Retention** * Analyze the market and propose attraction and retention strategies aligned with organizational demands and company culture. * Work in partnership with managers, understanding departmental needs and ensuring effective recruitment and selection processes. * Monitor and consolidate probation period evaluations, supporting decisions regarding confirmation, extension, or termination of employment. **Time Tracking Management** * Register new employees in the time clock system, perform daily processing of time records, calculate hours, and integrate data into payroll within closing deadlines. In cases of missing punches, issue authorization and collect signatures for corrections. Manage deadlines and contracts for worker health and safety programs. * Monitor expiration dates of occupational medical exams (ASOs), ensuring they are conducted within legal deadlines. Schedule admission, termination, periodic, and return\-to\-work exams. **Termination Processes** * Manage employee offboarding processes, including legal risk assessment with responsible parties, communication with Payroll, documentation, and final settlement. **Internal Events** * Support the organization of events, monthly birthday celebrations, updating bulletin boards/posters, and sending institutional announcements. **Monitoring and HR Performance Indicators** * Monitor and manage turnover indicators, analyzing causes and trends to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen talent retention. * Generate performance reports by recording and tracking absenteeism (all medical certificates including date, type, CID, period, department, and supervisor). **Employee Support** * Answer employee questions regarding HR matters such as vacations, pay slips, benefits, advances, and others. **Document Control** * Maintain all documentation organized and digitized, ensuring physical and digital employee files are up\-to\-date and standardized. **Administrative Processes and Legal Compliance** * Manage forms (admission, termination, updates, birthdays, and onboarding) and internal records, ensuring smooth processes and data compliance. * Support departmental administrative routines by updating general data spreadsheets and organizing files and documents in employee records**.** **Your Experience Matters** Minimum of 5 years of proven experience.
