SENIOR/EXPERIENCED GENERALIST HR ANALYST – Belo Horizonte/MG | On-site ISLA is seeking a generalist Human Resources professional who is dynamic, hands-on, and highly execution-oriented to serve as the right-hand support to the company’s HR Manager. We are looking for someone with high energy, a strong sense of urgency, proactive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to keep pace with a rapidly growing company operating across multiple channels and making fast decisions. This professional will have broad responsibilities across HR, supporting both operational and strategic initiatives, with strong involvement in recruitment and selection, people development, leadership coaching, and organizational culture sustainability. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes **Align candidate profiles with managers** Support onboarding and integration processes **Monitor probation periods and employee development** Provide leadership support on people-related and management topics **Support training initiatives, feedback mechanisms, climate surveys, and culture-building activities** Assist in structuring and monitoring performance evaluations and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) **Track HR metrics and routine departmental tasks** Support internal actions, communications, and process organization within the HR function **Adopt a proactive approach to problem resolution and daily task follow-up** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields **Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources** Experience in recruitment and selection, plus generalist HR practice **Experience working in fast-paced companies with high operational demand** Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interpersonal competence **Execution-focused, dynamic, resilient profile with strong prioritization skills** Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple concurrent tasks Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in fashion, retail, franchising, or consumer goods companies **Familiarity with HR metrics and performance management** Experience supporting leadership and team development Expected Behavioral Profile: * Practical and solution-oriented individual **High execution capability** Organized and disciplined **Agile with a strong sense of urgency** Professional demeanor **Teamwork-friendly** High energy and proactive attitude in daily work This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, possess strong delivery capacity, and wish to grow alongside an expanding company.
