We are looking for someone with keen attention to people, communication, and the organizational environment—and who wishes to actively contribute to building a strong and consistent culture. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Lead onboarding and integration processes for new employees; * Plan and execute organizational culture and internal marketing initiatives; * Develop and deliver technical and behavioral training programs; * Support performance evaluation cycles and development plans (IDP and LDP); * Administer and analyze organizational climate surveys, proposing action plans; * Produce internal communications and institutional campaigns; * Organize corporate events and engagement initiatives; * Serve as support to leadership on people management topics; * Monitor DHO area metrics and propose improvements. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in Organizational Human Development; * Experience with training, organizational culture, and climate; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with internal marketing; * Experience with behavioral assessment tools; * Experience with the Sólides platform; * Experience in growing or structuring companies.
