Description: Job description: Main responsibilities * Participate in Human and Organizational Development processes; * Lead Training and Development (T\&D) initiatives; * Support performance evaluation programs, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and competency-based management; * Develop and monitor organizational culture and climate programs; * Support leaders in team development; * Design metrics, reports, and DHO analyses; * Support internal marketing, employee engagement, and internal communication initiatives. Business hours Work location: Mirassol \- SP General requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in Human and Organizational Development (DHO) or Training and Development (T\&D); * Knowledge of performance evaluation, competencies, and HR metrics; * Experience conducting organizational climate surveys; * Experience in leadership development projects; * Familiarity with HR tools and agile methodologies; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and strategic vision.
