Human Development and Organizational Analyst

We are seeking a strategic professional to work in **Human Development and Organizational Development**, with a focus on Employee Experience, contributing across the entire employee journey—from onboarding through development and retention. This person will serve as a subject-matter expert in the area, partnering with the business to strengthen organizational culture, engagement, performance, and the Employee Value Proposition (EVP). **Responsibilities** * Design and enhance the onboarding process, ensuring a welcoming experience aligned with the organization’s culture and values; * Plan and lead talent development, leadership, career, and succession programs; * Manage performance with an emphasis on continuous feedback and competency-based management; * Develop and monitor engagement, organizational climate, and well-being initiatives; * Support leaders as an internal consultant on people and culture topics; * Lead organizational culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational change initiatives; * Analyze Employee Experience and Human Development and Organizational Development metrics, generating strategic insights; * Manage area projects, ensuring governance, quality, and impact. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Human Development and Organizational Development, People Management, Employee Experience, or related areas; * Experience with the employee journey, performance evaluation, and competency-based management; * Analytical profile, systemic vision, and strong communication and influencing skills. **Expected Competencies** * Focus on employee experience (*people-centric*); * Strategic thinking combined with practical execution; * Active listening, empathy, and influencing ability; * Organization and autonomy in managing multiple projects; * Ethical and consultative posture.
