We focus on delivering results, supporting companies in improving their tax performance through an integrated team spanning tax, accounting, and technology areas.** **We have already helped over 7\.000 companies transform tax complexity into competitive advantage.** **Responsibilities:** * Work broadly across Human Resources subsystems (R\&S, T\&D, DP, Organizational Climate, Performance Evaluation, and Internal Communication); * Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment to onboarding of new employees; * Support training, development, and capacity-building initiatives; * Assist with personnel administration routines, including hiring, termination, time tracking, vacation management, and benefits administration; * Monitor HR metrics and prepare managerial reports; * Support leaders and managers on people management topics; * Contribute to employee engagement, organizational climate, and corporate culture initiatives; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience as a Generalist HR Assistant or in related roles; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Experience with recruitment and selection processes and general HR routines; * Proficiency in Excel; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with HR metrics; * Familiarity with organizational development programs. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Ethics and confidentiality. **Work Model:** On-site **Location:** Balneário Camboriú \- SC **Employment Type:** CLT **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Dental Plan * Nutritional and Psychological Support * SESC Membership **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
