**Job Objective** Support HR and Personnel Department routines, contributing to process organization, compliance with labor legislation, and strengthening people management—with a focus on development and professional growth opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Support Personnel Department routines (hiring, termination, vacations, and time tracking); * Organize and maintain up-to-date employee documentation; * Assist in payroll closing, verifications, and data entry; * Support recruitment and selection processes (resumé screening, interview scheduling); * Support new employee integration (onboarding); * Assist in organizational climate initiatives, internal communication, and endomarketing; * Manage benefits (transportation allowance, meal/food allowance, health insurance, etc.); * Attend to employees to clarify labor and HR-related questions; * Support the preparation of HR reports and metrics; * Comply with internal policies, deadlines, and legal requirements. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school (technical or undergraduate studies in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or related fields currently underway is desirable). **Experience:** * Prior experience in HR or Personnel Department is desirable (not mandatory, depending on candidate profile). **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic HR and Personnel Department routines; * Familiarity with labor legislation; * Time tracking and benefits administration; * Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * HR/Personnel Department systems are considered a plus. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Ethics and confidentiality; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Teamwork; * Responsibility and commitment. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Adherence to legal and internal deadlines; * Documentation organization and timeliness; * Quality of employee support; * Effective support to HR and Personnel Department processes; * Technical and behavioral progress in the role. **Terms, Benefits, and Growth Opportunities** * Starting salary: R$ 1\.800,00; * Work schedule: Monday to Friday; * Benefits according to company policy; * **Opportunity for professional growth and development**, with potential advancement to higher-responsibility roles within the HR area.
