Job Summary: An Accounting professional to implement improvements in accounting automation, manage data for AI, and analyze financial statements. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of improvements in accounting automation workflows. 2. Preparation and structuring of accounting data to feed AI models. 3. Management and analysis of KPIs, dashboards, and management reports. Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, graduated between July 2023 and July 2025\. * Proficiency in Portuguese, English (Reading), Logical and Quantitative Reasoning; * Ability to quickly learn software; * Strong organizational skills and effective time management; * Ability to document processes / routines / standards. Work alongside area managers to: * Implement improvements in accounting automation workflows; * Prepare, organize, and structure accounting data to feed Artificial Intelligence models; * Manage the measurement, analysis, and presentation of departmental KPIs, including validation and maintenance of KPIs, dashboards, and management reports; * Fulfill accounting and tax obligations; * Support external audits; * Analyze accounting accounts, balance sheets, and income statements; * Prepare quality-related documents (standard procedures, forms, training manuals). 251126020240525972
