Software Architect / Technical Leader (Software Architect / Tech Lead) Your Mission Support a global client seeking innovation through robust technical solutions aligned with its business objectives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing software architectures that ensure efficient system integration via messaging and emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies. You will join a multidisciplinary team, where your role will be essential to technically lead strategic initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and guarantee delivery of high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for: Designing messaging-based software architectures, ensuring system integration and efficient data exchange. Defining standards and best practices for technology usage, including Agentic AI. Implementing software engineering best practices, including automated testing, code review, and continuous quality assurance. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and translate them into viable technical solutions. Performing performance analysis and optimization of messaging systems, ensuring high availability and efficiency. Proposing and implementing continuous improvements to existing solutions, always pursuing innovation and efficiency. Staying up to date with trends and new technologies in messaging and AI accelerators such as hardness and bundles, applying emerging knowledge to developed solutions. Technically leading the team, supporting negotiations among departments and technical decisions, ensuring solutions align with business needs. You must have hands-on experience with: Messaging-oriented software architecture and system integration. Technical negotiation with stakeholders and alignment of solutions to business objectives. Collaboration in agile and multidisciplinary teams. Performance analysis and system optimization. Implementation of standards and best practices in software development. You’ll stand out if you have knowledge in: Event-driven architecture and microservices. Agentic AI. AI accelerators such as hardness and bundles. Monitoring and observability tools. Agile methodologies and software development best practices. System integration in cloud environments. Technology Stack Languages and Frameworks: Python, or another relevant language. Integration and Messaging: Kafka REST APIs Event-driven architecture. Infrastructure: Azure Docker Kubernetes ArgoCD Azure DevOps GitOps Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, or other monitoring tools. Expected Profile We seek professionals with strong analytical capability, negotiation skills, and passion for technology.
