Transform data into strategic information We seek a professional who works at the intersection of technology and management, ensuring that the ERP (Sankhya Om) is used strategically within the business. The objective is to optimize operational processes (logistics, inventory, finance, and sales) and transform data into information that supports decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer and configure the Sankhya ERP, ensuring data integrity and user support * Map and optimize processes (inventory, logistics, and sales), proposing continuous improvements * Develop system customizations via Sankhya Builder (screens, events, and rules) * Create and maintain dashboards and KPIs for performance monitoring * Extract and manipulate data using SQL (Oracle) * Serve as the interface between the company and ERP consultants/partners **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience with ERP systems (preferably Sankhya, or similar systems such as Protheus/SAP) * Proficiency in SQL (queries, data extraction, and analysis) * Knowledge of programming logic (Java or JavaScript) * Analytical capability and business acumen * Experience in improving operational processes **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Sankhya Builder * Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools * Familiarity with Lean methodologies / continuous improvement * Experience in retail or logistics operations **Candidate Profile** * Analytical and data-oriented mindset * Proactivity and ownership mentality * Ability to bridge technical and operational areas * Organized and detail-oriented * Problem-solving focus Location: Avenida Olavo Lacerda Montenegro, 3307 \- Parque das Nacoes, Parnamirim \- RN.
