Conduct verification and recording of tax calculations (state and federal). Assist with invoicing, service invoices, and contract termination entries, when necessary. Configure suppliers in the system. Verify and accrue invoices issued by the Municipal Government of São Paulo. Record accruals and reversals of invoices. Execute accounting reclassifications and entry adjustments. Integrate and reconcile payroll information. Control and maintain updated fixed assets. Participate in the monthly accounting closing process. Perform accounting account analyses and propose corrections or improvements. Provide accounting support to other departments and units (BRs). Support internal and external audits. Conduct analyses and propose improvements to accounting processes. Validate tax configurations performed by the partner Guepardo\_Consultoria SAP.
