Strong analytical skills and critical thinking Company Madri Logística Express is hiring an OPERATIONAL ANALYST. Responsibilities: Plan, structure, and optimize distribution routes, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery; Track and monitor vehicles en route; Monitor delivery performance and address deviations; Communicate with drivers and carriers to align operations; Use routing systems, TMS, ERP, and geolocation tools; Investigate logistical incidents (delays, returns, discrepancies); Prepare managerial reports and strategic analyses; Requirements: Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields; Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools; Experience with SAP, ERP, and TMS systems; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00 Salary: To be discussed Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Free parking Work Location: On-site
