Administrative working hours – 7:40 AM to 11:45 AM \| 12:17 PM to 5:00 PM **Responsibilities and Duties** Participate in the preparation of the **annual budget and accounting entry analysis** in SAP Prepare **results analyses and managerial reports**, investigating root causes and variances Calculate and analyze financial indicators, supporting managers in developing action plans Support the forecasting process by evaluating projections and identifying distortions Participate in the PPR (Profit Sharing Program), analyzing targets and proposing performance improvements Conduct financial feasibility analyses and critically assess underlying assumptions Develop reports and KPIs using **Qlik Sense** Lead low-complexity projects related to data and controller functions Draft departmental standards, procedures, and instructions Provide technical support and train business units Propose improvements and automation initiatives for controller processes **Requirements and Qualifications** **Completed bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields Knowledge of **Managerial and Cost Accounting** (managerial income statements, cost centers, and results analysis) Practical experience in **budget management**, **forecasting**, and actual-vs-budget tracking Experience with **financial KPIs** and variance analysis—including deviation identification and improvement proposals Ability to collaborate with business units, supporting result interpretation and decision-making Proficiency in **advanced Excel** (data consolidation, analysis, and organization) Experience with **ERP systems** (SAP is a plus) Familiarity with **BI tools** (Qlik Sense, Power BI, or similar) for analysis and report development Basic knowledge of accounting standards (**NBC, IFRS, CPC**) and financial statement interpretation Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail and results orientation Strong communication skills for cross-functional interaction **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance to safeguard your well-being with peace of mind; * Meal allowance \| On-site cafeteria \| Energy provided during working hours; * Commuter allowance or chartered transportation \| Arrive safely; * Life insurance \| Protection for you and your family; * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR) \| Because we recognize collective effort; * Continuous development and training programs \| Learning and growth are part of our routine; * Day Off; We are a cooperative built by people, for people.
