Job Summary: PhizChat is seeking a proactive Finance Analyst to lead the finance function, leveraging AI to optimize operations and serve as a strategic partner to leadership. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Finance Analyst to take ownership of finance operations alongside leadership. You will step in to control, refine, and scale day\-to\-day finance activities. You’ll start hands-on, with AI as your ally to eliminate repetitive tasks. We seek a candidate with initiative, analytical ability, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal communication. We operate AI\-first, driven by data and automation — using Claude, Oracle NetSuite, and Python daily — with genuine autonomy and direct interaction with leaders, plus room to grow alongside the function. **Responsibilities and Duties** Take ownership of and evolve the finance function — from process execution to executive reporting: consolidate existing initiatives, automate workflows, and transform raw numbers into actionable insights for decision-making. * Take ownership of and consolidate accounts payable, procurement, treasury, and reconciliation — including processes, controls, and approval thresholds; * Organize collections, billing, and relationships with suppliers and contracts; * Automate operations using AI and integrations (NetSuite, Claude, databases, spreadsheets); * Build executive reports (cash flow, investments, KPIs, aging analysis, variances) that support leadership decisions; * Act as a business partner: assess the financial impact of new initiatives and provide macro/strategic perspective. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in Finance, Controllership, or Planning (treasury, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, reconciliation, billing); * Bachelor’s degree completed in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Strong analytical capability and business acumen — able to connect numbers to decisions, not just report them; * Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus); * Genuine curiosity about AI and energy to innovate daily workflows; * Hands-on, proactive, and autonomous profile; * Comfortable communicating in English with the team in China. **Additional Information** Nice-to-have: Experience in Tech or Startup sectors; proven track record in AI-powered automation; SQL/Python; ERP/EPM.
