Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing the E2G process, interfacing with production and support departments, driving results, addressing deviations, and implementing improvements. Description: WHAT YOU NEED: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Preferred: Knowledge of industrial processes for sugar, ethanol, and energy production; * Preferred: Proficiency in PI OSIsoft, Power BI, SAP, and process analysis tools (Cause-and-effect diagrams, Control charts, PDCA, FMEA, Six Sigma, 5W2H); * Must reside in one of the following cities: Barra Bonita SP, Igaraçu do Tietê SP, Jaú SP, Dois Córregos SP, Mineiros do Tietê SP, São Manuel SP, Macatuba SP, or Lençóis Paulista \- SP. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for managing the E2G process, interfacing with the three production areas (Pre\-treatment and Utilities, C5/C6 Separation, Hydrolysis and Lignin, and Fermentation), and driving results through critical analysis and historical performance tracking (e.g., losses, industrial efficiency, production volume, and quality); * Collaborate with management and operations teams to address deviations and achieve targets, applying continuous improvement methodologies; * Monitor daily operational routines (checklists, analytical frequency, work schedules, and raw material planning); * Directly interface with support departments such as Maintenance, Utilities, and Quality; * Proactively seek enhanced industrial efficiency through field assessments and implementation of improvements; * Conduct daily process evaluations; develop process flowcharts and technical reports and presentations; * Design dashboards and reports to support Process Management. 251212020250726493
