Here, the role goes beyond day-to-day operations. We expect someone who thinks architecturally, evaluates trade\-offs, and justifies technical decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Propose, design, and document hybrid infrastructure architectures aligned with technical, business, and security requirements * Serve as the technical owner of production environments, participating in diagnostics, incident resolution, and evolution decisions * Evaluate trade\-offs among cost, risk, performance, and complexity * Administer and optimize resources across public and private cloud environments, ensuring availability and efficiency * Support technical decision-making by internal teams and clients * Collaborate with cloud vendors to evaluate solutions, costs, and governance * Define and monitor capacity planning * Enforce security best practices, hardening, and access controls * Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Development teams **Requirements:** **What You Need:** * Hands-on experience with production environments in public and private clouds * Advanced Linux expertise * Solid knowledge of networking and infrastructure services (DNS, firewall, load balancing, etc.) * Experience with server hardening and security * Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation * Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines * Ability to analyze and optimize cloud costs * Advanced/Fluent English: required for technical meetings and collaboration **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Experience in large-scale or mission-critical corporate environments * Operational accountability experience, including SLA management, incident handling, and capacity planning * Experience with on\-premises virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, or similar) * Knowledge of FinOps or cloud financial governance * Experience with observability and capacity metrics * Consulting experience with clients or business units * Cloud certifications **Profile We’re Looking For:** * Systemic vision and architectural thinking * Ability to make technical decisions and justify them * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences * Collaborative mindset and role as a technical reference * Organization, documentation focus, and standardization discipline * Proactivity in identifying risks and improvement opportunities **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Food allowance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
