**Responsibilities and Duties**
To join the Commercial Operations department, we seek a proactive, organized, and communicative professional capable of performing the following activities:
* **Factory Inventory Management**: Monitor and control product and input stock levels across manufacturing units, ensuring data accuracy and supporting production and logistics planning.
* **Order Scheduling**: Coordinate order scheduling with responsible departments and customers, ensuring timely fulfillment and smooth loading/unloading of goods.
* **Shipment Adjustment**: Make corrections to issued shipments to rectify information errors.
* **Development, control, and maintenance of reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards.**
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields;
* Intermediate Excel skills;
* Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is a plus;
* Basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
