**About the Opportunity:** We are seeking an **AI Tech Lead** to technically lead the company's Artificial Intelligence strategy, driving the evolution of our platform by building intelligent, scalable, and high-impact solutions for our customers. This professional will be responsible for defining the architecture of AI solutions, leading initiatives involving LLMs, intelligent agents, automation, and Generative AI, while also serving as the technical reference for the engineering team. They will also collaborate closely with Product, Design, and business units to identify AI application opportunities that deliver value to both the product and its users. **Key Responsibilities:** * Technically lead the company's Artificial Intelligence initiatives; * Define architectures for solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent agents; * Develop solutions using language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar); * Design, implement, and evolve AI pipelines, RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation), and semantic search mechanisms; * Be hands\-on in development, code reviews, and definition of technical standards; * Ensure quality, scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions; * Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to define intelligent features; * Lead experiments, proofs of concept (PoCs), and validation of new AI technologies; * Promote best practices for AI-assisted development across engineering; * Provide technical support to the team through mentoring, pair programming, and code reviews; * Monitor metrics related to quality, cost, performance, and accuracy of implemented models; * Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture, considering integrations with AI services and intelligent automation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Solid software development experience; * Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and REST APIs; * Practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs); * Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar; * Experience with prompt engineering; * Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases; * Hands-on experience integrating AI model APIs; * Knowledge of software architecture principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns); * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure); * Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices; * Experience technically leading teams or projects. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience with autonomous agents (AI Agents); * Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP); * Experience with automation tools such as n8n; * Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, ChromaDB, or similar); * Experience with fine\-tuning and evaluation of models; * Knowledge of observability for AI applications; * Experience in SaaS products; * Experience in technology startups; * Experience in the healthcare sector will be considered a plus. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Technical leadership and ability to influence decisions; * Strategic vision for Artificial Intelligence application; * Clear and concise communication; * Analytical thinking and solution orientation; * Innovative mindset and continuous learning; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Collaboration and teamwork; * Ability to develop and mentor people; * Data-driven and experimentation-based decision making.
