Prepare financial statements and management reports We are looking for an **Accountant** to join our Accounting department. We are seeking an Accountant to lead the accounting department, ensuring data compliance, process efficiency, and strategic support for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the company's accounting bookkeeping * Ensure fulfillment of all tax, fiscal, and corporate obligations * Implement and enhance accounting routines and processes in collaboration with other departments * Prepare financial statements and management reports for the Executive Board * Coordinate monthly and annual closings **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences and active CRC registration * Experience in accounting, preferably in controller roles * Familiarity with accounting ERP systems (Domínio, TOTVS, SAP or similar) * Advanced Excel skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields * Experience in healthcare or hospital services sectors * Experience in controller roles, budgetary control, and forecasting **Desired Profile:** * Analytical mindset and results-oriented * Organized and detail-oriented * Proactive and responsible * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams * Ethical conduct and discretion **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including lunch break. **Work Location:** Av. das Nações Unidas, 14401 – Chácara Santo Antônio The company values unity and charisma; therefore, we seek someone who can bring new ideas and methodologies to improve our processes.
