Job Summary: The professional will support inspection, organization, and quality control of parts and materials, verifying compliance and assisting in the creation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to develop suppliers and internal processes. Support incoming and outgoing inspection of parts and materials according to technical drawings and product specifications, recording non-conforming parts and materials; Support entry of invoice items into an information system; Support storage organization and movement of inputs, identifying non-conforming materials; Verify process compliance through adherence to standards and procedures; Support calibration control of measurement instruments and tools; Support product release by verifying specifications against standards and checking transport conditions; Perform material transfers via ERP system; Support identification of part and material issues for the production department; Support creation of NCRs in the ERP system, requesting action plans from suppliers to develop them; Support action plans for NCRs in internal production processes; Forward parts or products to the responsible area after NCR evaluation and decision by respective area managers; Support control of inventory accuracy in quality warehouses; Support analysis of warranty exchange parts; Support creation and updating of quality indicators for the area; Comply with all processes required by ISO standards; **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing or having completed a technical or undergraduate degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or Engineering.
