Job Summary: This role supports partners and programs focused on Microsoft technologies, especially Azure and hybrid integration, assisting clients and internal teams under senior guidance. Continuous development in Microsoft technologies Provide support to partners, initiatives, and programs focused on Microsoft technologies, with emphasis on Microsoft Azure and integration scenarios with on-premises environments. Work under the guidance of senior engineers to help customers, partners, and internal teams understand and implement core Azure and Microsoft infrastructure services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with deployment, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of Microsoft Azure infrastructure services, such as Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Identity. * Support hybrid infrastructure scenarios involving **Azure and on-premises Microsoft technologies** (Windows Server, Active Directory, basic virtualization). * Participate in customer and partner interactions in **technical support and pre-sales assistance** roles, under supervision. * Contribute to documentation of technical solutions, configurations, and operational procedures. * Maintain and expand technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including: Azure IaaS and core services Windows Server Fundamental networking concepts Security fundamentals * Assist senior team members in **preparing technical presentations, demonstrations, and training materials**. * Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support opportunities with existing partners. * Participate in internal training activities, hands-on labs, and continuous learning programs. **Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies** * Ability to quickly learn new technologies, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem. * **Basic understanding of cloud computing and infrastructure concepts.** * Willingness to adapt to change and operate in a dynamic technical environment. * Ability to analyze technical issues and perform appropriate escalation when necessary. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical topics. * Comfort working with technical documentation, procedures, and guidelines. * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. * Basic presentation skills or willingness to develop them. * Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Ability to work under guidance and progressively gain autonomy. **Requirements** * Academic degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems, or related fields. * Experience gained through labs, internships, training environments, or personal projects is welcome. * Intermediate/technical English is desirable. **Certifications (entry-level / in progress)** * Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) * Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) * Microsoft Windows Server Fundamentals or equivalent training **Location** * São Paulo - SP * Hybrid model **Key Skills** At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
