**Senior Incentive Programs Analyst**
**Work Location:** Campinas, SP
**Work Model:** On-site
**Company:** CPFL Paulista \- A company of the CPFL Energia Group
**Prerequisites:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed;
* Prior experience in similar roles involving accountability reporting, KPI calculation, report preparation, billing, and finance \- with high-volume activities and dynamism;
* Experience with regulatory processes, audits, inspections, or accountability reporting to regulatory agencies;
* Proficiency in Excel and prior experience with SAP \- considered a plus;
* Proficiency in process automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, Python, or similar is desirable;
* Prior experience with process automation \- considered a plus;
* Willingness to work on-site in Campinas, SP
**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
* Execute administrative processes for the executive management team, focusing on support for Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) and Energy Efficiency (EE) programs regulated by ANEEL.
* Perform financial monitoring of regulated programs, including resource control, balance calculation, disbursement tracking, and budgetary monitoring.
* Collect, consolidate, and analyze information to prepare periodic and regulatory reports for ANEEL, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
* Monitor targets, calculate program KPIs and results, contributing to continuous process improvement and business value generation.
* Prepare executive presentations, managerial reports, and analyses to support decision-making by executive management and supported departments.
* Track ANEEL regulatory updates related to the Energy Efficiency Program, supporting internal process alignment with current requirements \- considered a plus.
* Execute administrative processes related to RDI program management, such as capitalization procedures and time allocation for professionals involved in projects, ensuring correct cost allocation.
* Manage administrative matters for the area, including inspections, internal audits, and accountability processes, performing information and evidence collection, consolidation, and reporting.
* Identify opportunities for automating processes, controls, and operational routines to enhance efficiency and delivery quality \- considered a plus.
