Join us as a connection that solves! **We count on you to:** * Conduct consultative sales across fashion, apparel, footwear, watches, bed/bath/table linens, furniture, consumer electronics, telecommunications, and financial products; * Delight customers at every stage of service—identifying needs, offering solutions, and ensuring a positive pre- and post\-sale experience; * Prospect and retain customers using internal systems, WhatsApp, and the company's social media channels; * Monitor targets and performance indicators, acting proactively to achieve results; * Organize the sales environment, ensuring proper product display, restocking, pricing, and store visual standards; * Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives; * Track orders, deliveries, installations, and other post\-sale requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; * Proficiency with technology, systems, and social media; * Focus on results and goal achievement; * Alignment with Grupo Lebes’ culture and values. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Prior retail sales experience; * Interest in fashion, trends, and store organization; * Knowledge of visual merchandising; * Experience handling customer service via WhatsApp and social media; * Experience selling furniture, consumer electronics, or financial products. *\*Positions available for persons with or without disabilities.\** *\*No prior experience required for Persons with Disabilities (PwD).\** Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Corporate university * Incentive awards * Medical assistance * Discounts at network stores * Dental assistance * University partnerships
