### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Perform cleaning, conservation, and maintenance of internal and external areas in buildings using appropriate materials and equipment, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness conditions. Work under supervision and comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. ü Clean common areas such as lobbies, corridors, staircases, party halls, elevators, reception desks, social restrooms, and garages. ü Restock hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) in designated areas. ü Assist in organizing spaces for condominium events or meetings. ü Report irregularities or repair needs to the building superintendent or responsible person. ü Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies organized and in good condition. ü Remove waste from areas, replacing bags with new plastic ones and disposing of them properly; ü Group collected waste for subsequent disposal; ü Dispose of waste at a pre\-designated location; ü Sanitize trash bins. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Incomplete elementary education. Previous experience in building cleaning or similar roles.
