Machine Learning Engineer - Logistics Modernization

Job description We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with solid experience in developing and operationalizing Machine Learning models to drive AI-powered logistics modernization at scale. This professional will be responsible for developing, deploying, and monitoring models in production, ensuring high performance, observability, and end-to-end governance. **Key Responsibilities:** Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning models for logistics optimization, including route planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and network optimization; Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to transition models from prototype to production; Establish experimentation and governance practices, including versioning, A/B testing, and performance tracking; Implement monitoring, alerts, and dashboards for models and data pipelines in production. **Qualifications:** Strong hands-on experience with Machine Learning, especially neural networks; Proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch; Solid software engineering knowledge, including code reviews, feature branching, and CI/CD; Experience with observability tools such as MLflow, Datadog, and/or Databricks; Ability to balance Machine Learning fundamentals with real-world production challenges; Advanced English proficiency for working in an international environment.
