Our mission is to connect worlds through efficient, innovative, and integrated solutions, while valuing people, diversity, and continuous growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the location of ongoing shipments, maintaining frequent contact with drivers via WhatsApp and telephone; * Update internal spreadsheets with trip status, distance traveled, and loading/unloading times; * Send updated information to customers regarding order locations via email and shared spreadsheets; * Process manifest closures in the system to avoid penalties; * Support route changes when necessary; * Maintain constant alignment with other company units to ensure up-to-date information; * Provide support to drivers, customers, and internal units, answering questions and delivering accurate information; * Use internal spreadsheets and systems to track deliveries and monitor vehicle positions. **Expected Profile** * Completed High School education * Bachelor’s degree or technical course in logistics, administration, or related fields (preferred, but not mandatory) * Basic Excel proficiency * Analytical, strategic, and collaborative mindset **Job Details** * Location: Guarulhos/SP * Working Hours: 08:00–17:48 or 13:00–22:48 | Monday to Friday * Work Model: On-site * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract) **Benefits** * Meal Allowance: BRL 41.00 per day * Food Allowance (not deducted during vacation) * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance (your choice!) * Parking Assistance * Wellhub * Amil Health Plan (no monthly deduction) * Dental Plan * Training Incentive Grant for courses, certifications, and language learning * Birthday Day Off * Life Insurance * Conexa Saúde (psychologist and nutritionist services) * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Leave Want to grow in a global, dynamic, and collaborative environment?
